SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Instructor is responsible for teaching assigned classes in accordance with Berlitz instruction principles; for fulfilling administrative duties as required by the Language Instructional Supervisor (LIS)or Language Center Director(LCD); and for participating in professional development activities as directed by the LIS.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles and focused on the interests and needs of the students, working with private students and groups of differing sizes at the center and at off-site locations
* Keep student records up to date as required
* Maintain an impeccable customer focus in the delivery of all duties
* Practice the Five Berlitz Operating Principles as a guide to professional behavior and professional relationships with staff and customers

QUALIFICATIONS/RELATED EXPERIENCE

* Native speaker of English
* BA degree, especially in English, Education, Economics, Business or Law
* TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification
* Cultural sensitivity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

* USD 1300, 00- 1500,00 based on qualifications and experience(120 contact hours per month)
