(Director of Studies starting July, 2007 and ESL teacher starting May 2007) We are looking for two dynamic, outgoing ESL experts to help our international staff with our steady growth of student intake. Work among a relaxed family atmosphere where cross-cultural interaction is encouraged both at and after work. Our 3 schools are new and non-traditional with colourful rooms and comfortable home-like furnishings. We are fully equipped with unlimited internet access, video/audio access and countless supplementary materials. The schools are based in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture and Ginan town/Gifu City, both located in Gifu Prefecture.

Candidates must be native English speakers, have a university degree and some TEFL/TESOL training and/or one year formal teaching experience. Director of Studies candidate must have management experience. Candidates must also have a desire to teach, explore and have fun! Qualifications: - Our candidates must possess knowledge of the workings of the English language as well as the character to deliver lessons in a fun, creative, memorable way. - Our candidates must love working with people of all ages - especially children. - Candidates must be graduates of a post-secondary institution and have TESOL training and/or experience in a ESL setting. - Though we have no preferences of nationality, candidates must be native speakers of English. - Japanese is an asset, as is any other second language. - Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain an International Driver's Permit. - Computer knowledge/web design also an asset. - Early Childhood Qualifications and/or experience is also valued. -Director of Studies must have some management experience Compensation: -Starting salary: Director of Studies: 275, 000/mth first 3 months, 300,000/mth thereafter Teacher: 250,000 yen/mth negotiable after 3 month probationary period. -Staff housing: Fully-furnished newly renovated staff house; 40,000 yen/mth plus utilities. *Note: To apply, please e-mail us your cover letter and resume in pdf. format or in the body of an e-mail directly to: joebohme@gmail.com.
